Dear Friends, Acquaintances, Colleagues, Fellow chefs, Family and Those who I think will be kind enough to support us... how shameless to send a group email- but no apologies... instead a plea.

8 days and 11 hours left until my Dutch friend Saskia and I, (TEAM VIRGIN ORANGE) will be running the Cape Town Marathon, our very first! We have been training for months to get ready for it.

The KUSASA Breakfast Club provides over a 1000 breakfasts every day to very hungry learners at 2 schools here in Franschhoek. The kitchens are in urgent need of better equipment.

We will need R200,000.00 to give all the amazing volunteers a better space to cook and serve in.
