New Post Diploma Chef Course: Be The Best You Can Be!

Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine is offering a post-diploma course for all culinary students - not originally from Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine - who aspire to be ahead of their game.

This will be a two-year commitment comprising

  • A six-month bridging course for students from other culinary schools – complimentary accommodation, if needed, included for this period;

  • A six-month hands-on, post-graduate cookery course with Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine students, who have opted to enrol for the advanced programme – accommodation offered will be charged for;

  • Two six-month placements in the industry – whereby accommodation and travel will need to be organised by the student;

  • A guaranteed job placement at a top South Africa restaurant on completion of the two-year course.

The total cost of this programme is R130 000, text books and Trade Test is over-and-above this amount.
