A few words from Dylan about embarking on our intensive, nationally and internationally recognised Chef course:

“Gratitude, perseverance and humbleness. The three pillars and qualities that have moulded and guided me into this crazy and fast-paced but extremely rewarding and amazing industry. I attained these qualities through studying at Jackie Cameron School of Food and Wine. The course can be intensive at times, but it equips us with all the skills, abilities and drive to overcome any challenges both in and out of a kitchen. Chef ensures that each and everyone of is ready for this industry. Coming this far really makes one take a step back to “take in the view” as they say and I can't be more grateful for Chef, this course and the doors it has opened for me. Thank you to Chef and the whole team for being so dedicated us students and thank you for allowing us to not only be able to chase our dreams, but to achieve them. Thank you Chef Jackie, for believing in me and pushing to be best that I could be, I am forever grateful.”
