Nougat Sauce
Nougat Sauce
Yields: about 450ml
Ingredients:
- 250ml Full Cream Milk
- 250ml Cream
- 45ml Amarula Liqueur
- 100gr White Chocolate
- 2 X 110gr Nougat
Method:
- Place all the ingredients into a saucepan, and allow to simmer for about 15 minutes, until the sauce gets thick.
- When at the desired consistency, serve over ice creams, fruits or any dessert.
