John’s Cereal Crunchies
Makes about 80 biscuits
Ingredients
- 250 gr Salted Butter
- 250 ml White Sugar
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 5 ml Vanilla Essence
- 500 ml Jungle Oats
- 10 ml Baking Powder
- 7.5 ml Bicarbonate of soda
- 500 ml Cake Flour
- 500 ml Desiccated Coconut
- 500 ml All Bran
Method:
- Cream the butter and sugar together.
- Add the eggs and vanilla essence.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients well.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place onto greased baking trays.
- Flatten them with a fork.
- Bake for 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven of 180⁰C. When baked removed from the tray and place onto a cooling rack to cool. Store in airtight containers.
