What an absolute pleasure this whole process was working with photographer 'genius' Clinton Friedman and KZN- enthusiast Erica Platter. What a fun time we all had in brain-storming local suppliers and ingredients. A book that highlights all what our region has to offer. Together with meeting the local heros, hearing their foodie stories and celebrations which they share with family and friends around their kitchen and dining room tables on a day to day basis.
